Make a Payment

​

HJCC accepts payments using the following options: cash, check, debit, or credit card.  Payment is due prior to services being rendered.  Receipts will be provided at the time of payment, which could be submitted to your insurance companies for reimbursement when applicable.

HJCC uses the secure payment processing services of ProfessionalCharges.com to handle online Debit and Credit Card payments.  Electronic payment options include:  Mastercard, Visa, and Discover

 

 

 

 

To Make an Online Payment:

 

  • Click on the Make a Payment link below, and the payment form will open in a new window.

 

  • Enter your name as it appears on your card.

 

  • Insert my License Number LPC005700 in the space for the Provider's License Number.

 

  • Complete the form and click on the Submit Payment button at the bottom.

 

  • Print yourself a copy of the receipt that will appear on the screen.

You will receive an e-mail notice every time an online payment is made and it will be posted on your Recent Account Activity ledger.
